Andres Santiago

Andrés Santiago is an associate attorney at Noble & Vrapi, P.A., where he represents immigrants in family, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration matters focusing on Waivers, Naturalizations, U-Visas, DACA Renewals, I-9 Compliance, H-1Bs, Adjustment of Status, and Consular Interviews. Andres has successfully represented clients before USCIS, DOS, ICE, and EOIR. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Andrés is an asset to his clients, colleagues, and the community.

Prior to moving to New Mexico, Andrés received his B.A. in Economics and Spanish Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA, and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL where he also graduated with honors. While in law school, Andrés served on the Executive Board for the St. Thomas Law Review and the Lambda Law Society. Andrés developed an interest in immigration law assisting with naturalization fairs and interning with immigration law firms.

Andrés is dedicated to the immigrant community, partnering with the Mexican Consulate and the New Mexico Bar to provide pro bono services. He is also a part of numerous professional associations such as the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the New Mexico Immigration Law Section (NMILS).
